How to Deal with Harassment and Suicide

Suicide is when you have thought about killing yourself or you actually do kill yourself. Harassment is a wide range of behaviors types of behaviors that are shameful, and humiliating and that can embarrass a person and make them not want to tell anyone. If you are in a situation like this you should seek help immediately no one should ever feel threatened or scared to reach out to help there are millions of places to go from counselors to a therapist they are always one call away.

There are many reasons why a person would want to commit suicide but the main factors are substance abuse, family history of suicide, being bullied, a history of being abused, poor job security, and even being incarcerated. People at high risk of suicide are men, and people that are over the age of 45. Here are some signs to look out for if you think someone you know is thinking about committing: eating little, sleeping too little, avoiding social interaction, giving away personal possessions, feeling hopeless and many more. If you notice a friend or anyone with these symptoms you should report it to someone or call immediately.

Harassment is just as bad as suicide. If you are suffering from high stress or anxiety, panic attacks, sleep disturbances, no appetite, nightmares, or being scared to go to school or work you should speak to an adult right away whether it be a doctor or counselor they can help you out of this situation. Harassment is nothing to play around with and neither is suicide they are both very serious. Suicide is one of the top 20 causes for deaths all around the world for all ages. Men are four times more likely than women to commit suicide. There are types of medications and therapy to help stop this but many of the ones that attempt never seek care. And it’s not that they don’t want to they just feel that no one will understand or be able to help and that’s really not the case or sometimes they just don’t want people to know they don’t want people to feel the way they feel. If you don’t really wanna talk to anyone about it here are some helpful tips you can take a walk to clear your head a little, get a massage those are always relaxing, you can draw pictures, talk to a close friend about it or someone you trust, and you can always write in a journal whenever you’re feeling that way and that may help to all of these will help whenever you’re not feeling yourself or somethings really stressing you out there’s always a way. You are never alone.
