Diet Coke vs. Coke

After a long day of working hard you come home thirsty, hungry, and tired. You go and take a shower and get changed. Then make a nice dinner for you to enjoy and to fuel you up. You look in the fridge and you have to choose between two drinks. Either a diet coke or just your standard  coke. Both have equal liquid in them ,but in my opinion only, one actually tastes good.

 

That is diet coke. Diet coke is the best drink on earth, runner up being water of course. Diet Coke also isn’t the least healthiest option. It has 0 grams of fats, carbohydrates, sugars, proteins and calories. There is only 40 mg of sodium and 46 mg of caffeine. It has the perfect crisp and fiz after you take your first sip. The sound of the can opening also is just perfect.

Regular coke has to be the worst option. It is also one of the least healthiest options you could choose from. The only thing it has 0 grams of is fats. It has 46 grams of carbohydrates, 44 grams of sugars, .3 grams of proteins, and 182 calories. It has a good crisp, fiz, and also makes a good sound when opening. 

 

Diet Coke you can actually drink the whole thing without your stomach hurting so bad. You could honestly drink it on its own without having a snack with you. While regular coke you have to eat something with it. There’s no way you can drink a full coke by itself. Now if you continue drinking coke every single day your body will get used to it and you will definitely be able to drink it alone. Those who don’t drink coke everyday will struggle though. They will definitely get a stomach ache because there’s so much sugar in it, it’s surprising if your body can handle it.

 

With all the sugar in coke it makes people jump off the walls and it also just doesn’t have the best taste whatsoever. Diet coke is so good and you can sit there and drink the whole thing without having any problems. You can just diet coke cold or room temperature but I recommend cold. Definitely go and try both a regular and diet coke and you will notice a huge difference between how your body reacts to them as well as just which is better in general. You will not come back to me and say it is regular coke.
