Everyone’s Doing it These Days: College!

Every high school student at some point thinks about college: where to go, what to learn, the tuition, the application process, and many other things. When senior year comes around, many students stress about college and the choices they can make about going.
College is a place for learning and freedom, to get away from your parents and to meet new people. One of the best parts of college is going to the sports events with friends and having a good time supporting your team for the win. Many colleges and universities have places to hang out on campus or just near the campus, such as various restaurants, stores, malls, ski resorts, and many other hotspots as well.
By the time students go into their senior year of high school they’ve experienced a countless number of tests, quizzes, projects, and the SAT’s. Yes, this may sound awful, but it leads to something very important to our society today; college. I’ve asked a couple of the Leonardtown High School seniors some questions about college:
Cameron Rich said that she is going to attend the University of Mississippi, which is located in Oxford Mississippi. The tuition is 34,000 dollars a year but some say it’s worth it from the beautiful campus. The football team for Ole Miss has been doing very well recently and has had many fans. And Connor Daily said that he is interested for going to High Point University, located in North Carolina, Connor said he would like to play lacrosse for the Panthers.
